Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 1/2 to 2 pounds fresh cod
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 /2 cup all-purpose unbleached flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cold water, a splash
  • 2 cups plain bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, a few pinches
  • Suggested: 3 disposable pie tins
  • Wedged lemons and malt vinegar for topping

Directions

Pour 2-inches of vegetable oil into a large skillet. Place skillet over large burner and heat oil over medium high heat. To check if the oil is hot enough, drop in 1-inch cube of white bread. The bread should brown in a 40 count.
Cut cod into 4 servings, 6 to 8-ounce portions and season with salt and pepper. Place a couple of scoops of flour in a pie tin. Combine egg and water in second tin. Season plain bread crumbs andmustard and cayenne in the third tin. Coat fish in flour, then egg, and then bread crumbs. Gently set coated fish into hot oil and fry 5 minutes on each side until medium golden brown in color.
When the fish is evenly golden all over, remove and drain on brown paper sacks.

Pasta=1\2 pack(boiled)
Ginger and garlic paste=1Tb
Green chilipaste=1tsp
White zera=1tsp
Dahneyapowder=1tsp
Master powder=1tsp
All indrediants mix and make it like paste.
onion=1(cut into 8 pices)
tamato=2(cut into 8 pices)
soya sauce=2Tb
cream=as you like
lemon jouice=2Tb
fish is marinated with salt,
and then fry.
After frying that paste is apply on fish
and onion and tamato is place with it
Then apply cream,soya sauce
and lemon on fish and backed it for as need time.
and severed with pasta

Fish=1\2kg
Red chili powder=1Tb
Green chili paste=1Tb
Gram masala=1Tb
Ginger and garlic paste=2Tb
Vinegar=2Tb
Chinaese salt=1Tb
All ingredients are apply on fish
And leave for I hour.
Basan=for coating
Oil=as per need
Coated with basan and then dip fry.

All ingredients are mix in the chop fish

Boil the fish with all ingredients then chop
Basan=1\2 kg
Salt = as you like
Red chil=1tb
White zera(fry and chop)=1Tb
Whole dhaniya(fry and chop)=1Tb
Onion(chop)=3pices
All ingredients are mix in basan
 and 1cup water is mix  in the basan as cream.
Then leave for 15 min
Oil= for frying
then fry in oil

Lemon juice=2Tb
Red chili powder=2Tb
Oil= as per need
Cheese=2Tb
All ingredients are apply
on fish and then fry.
Garlic dressing
Oil=1/2 cup
Egg=1pice
Vinegar=1/2 cup
Garlic=5 pieces
 Mustard powder=1tsp
Oregano powder=1/2tsp
Sugar=1/2tsp
Salt= as you like
Garlic, vinegar, mustard powder,
 oregano powder, sugar, and salt put in
blander and bland for 5 min.
then put oil slowly slowly
 until it become creamy creamy.

Fine flour=1/2kg
Salt=as you like
Butter=3Tb
Garlic and ginger paste=1\2ts
Hot water for mixing
Mix all ingredients  and ……
and make a roti only one side.

Fresh cream=1/2 cup
Fish Keema=1\2kg
Ginger and garlic paste=1Tb
Salt=as you like
Red chili powder=1Tb
Green chili=1Tb
Khuskhas(poppy seed)=1Tb
Khataey=1Tb
Sesame oil=2Tb
Take oil in any pan and then
put all ingredients  with keema.
When it become fry then chop and
 make big kabab.now p[ut half kabab
in prepared roti and then fry this rote
 at other side in sesame oil
